The UPS delivery driver was here this afternoon and was I surprised to find the package from you . The ” Guest Book ” for our daughter’s All Seasons Inn & Suites in Montana , is even more beautiful than I expected . The workmanship and detail is superior ! Everything you said it would be and More! The book came earlier then expected and that is a good thing . Many times in today’s world , people over promise and under deliver , that certainty was not the case in the manner in which you handled my order .

I received the engraved photo album (remember, Krista VCU 2008) yesterday and it was very nice.  It was exactly what I expected it to look like and my daughter is going to be so excited when she opens this graduation gift. Graduating from college is a big and very important event in ones life (especially for the parent to see their kid do the right thing) but to be able to have something like this to put your precious moments in is “PRICELESS”!
