The UPS delivery driver was here this afternoon and was I surprised to find the package from you . The "Guest Book" for our daughter's All Seasons Inn & Suites in Montana , is even more beautiful than I expected . The workmanship and detail is superior ! Everything you said it would be and More! The book came earlier then expected and that is a good thing . Many times in today's world , people over promise and under deliver , that certainty was not the case in the manner in which you handled my order . Thank you for a wonderful job . We just got the book.  Pictures do not do it justice.  It is amazing!  I actually got goosebumps when I opened it. We could not be more pleased.

I just wanted to say how awesome the album turned out.  The memorial in LA was beautiful and the speeches brought back great memories.  The NYC service will be held in early April.  I will finish the book after this memorial and present it to my friend’s partner.  I’m sure he will love it as much as I do.  Thanks again for everything.
